Chase, it is classified as fully-compliant by Federal BATFE, this model requires no Tax Stamp for transfers, where permitted. However, Bud's will not ship to CA, NY, MA, or OH.

Its legal there (technically a pistol) if you changed the grip you will need a stamp though. But as it is, it is not considered a shotgun.
