James, yes sir, This has interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger and Glock magazines. Ships with Ruger magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock magazines is included. So this will work fine with Glock 17 gen 3 magazines. It's what I use in mine. Hope this helps.

James, yes sir, the Glock 17 Gen 3 magazines will work. You just need to swap out the Ruger magwell (comes installed) for the Glock magwell (Included in box). Stay safe & have a great day!
