Michael, sorry but no optic plates included. Adapter plates are sold separately and are available from the HK web store. Holosun SCS Super Green available for VP9 & VP9SK. Fits on any VP9 Optics Ready. What's in the Box? It comes with (2) 15-round magazines, black plastic case along with small, medium, and large backstraps and side panels, a magazine loader, owner's manual, fired case, decal, and HK gun lock. Michael, this is optics ready but no optic plates. Unfortunately optic plates are necessary because the footprint is proprietary and won't match with any red dots without an adapter. You can find optic plates on HK website. Hope this helps.
