Thomas, yes sir, this includes x-ray 3 night sights. Same ones that are on my sig p365 xl and have been very happy with them. Only difference is the ones on the xmacro are higher to properly cowitness with the red dot. I've had the p365 xl for 2-3 years now and the night sights are just as bright at night as when I first got it. It also includes the Romeo zero elite red dot. Hope this helps.
