Kevin, Dictator Murphy says NO! Magazine attaches outside the pistol grip, weight is more than 50 oz, threaded barrel, barrel shroud. Myself being a NJ resident, I feel your pain. NJ restrictions here budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
