This says its state compliant and someone said NJ compliant . What does that mean? What kind of stuff am I going to need to fix to make it GA 2nd amendment compliant.

You are Fine with this gun or what ever AR you want Ga has no restrictions on AR style rifles places like NJ NY and Ca (along with some other states) Have restrictions on firearms like 10 round Magazine in GA you can have a 30 round mag or more in the gun . Some say no muzzle devices (threaded muzzle brake or flash sup. ) This gun is missing a lot of features to comply with those state restrictions

You can own any semi-auto AR in Georgia without restriction. This is a somewhat neutered AR that is for restricted states like NJ, NY and CA. You would want the version that does have a flash suppressor and regular 30rd magazine and collapsible sholder stock.
