Thomas, Bud's will not ship ammo to NY State, not even to FFL. The NY Attorney General is cracking down on illegal ammo sales, and even though it is legal to ship to FFL, many vendors, including Bud's , will not ship ammo to NY. Thomas, unfortunately buds won't ship to New York at the moment. Hopefully that'll change soon but for the time being buds doesn't ship ammo to NY. Sorry but hope this helps.
