Hi Blake, the Glock 43X is not identified by Gen. It's considered it's own profile - Slimline. It bears more resemblance to Gen 5 but Gen 5 parts will not fit, you will need to order parts for the Slimline, or to put it simple, whatever fits the G43. Stay safe & have a great day!

Blake, the 43x doesn't have a gen but it's based off gen 5. So it doesn't have finger grip grooves, it has the marksman barrel and ndlc finish like gen 5. Hope this helps.
