James, it is not listed on the S&W list that Bud's provides: https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=Ma+Compliant&manufacturers_id=&typeid=2&manufacturers_id=31. I would confirm that with your local FFL.
