Angel, this is factory new but blem/blemished wich means it will have some type of cosmetic issue. Like a scratch, the blueing might be a little off. Blemished firearms are just cosmetic issues and won't affect the function of the firearm. Some manufacturers instead of discarding or redoing slightly blemished firearms will sell them at a discount.
