Jermaine, unfortunately this is not legal in new jersey due to the pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel and flash hider. Sorry but hope this helps. Jermaine, unfortunately no. Dictator Murphy doesn't think the average citizen should own this gun. The six position stock, threaded barrel, A2 flash hider, and pistol grip all make this gun more likely to be used in a crime. You can have 1 of these features, but no more.
