Hi Frank and welcome to the Buds Community. Please give this a try. I had a similar issue. Lock your bolt back for a couple of days. Retry afterwards with the exact same ammunition you are using and report back. The recoil spring is extremely stiff and this should loosen it just enough to let the bolt fully cycle on its own. Frank, alot of semi automatic shotguns have issues like this for the break in period especially with lighter loads. I'd recommend using higher velocity loads for the first 50-100 rounds until all the moving parts smooth out a little. After that I'd give it another good clean/lube and it should function fine with any 2-3/4 and 3 inch shells you can find. I know you said you lightly oiled but too much oil and especially if you use any type of thicker grease can jam guns. When I first got into firearms I used way to much oil/grease and constantly had jams but from your description of the issue just sounds like it needs broke in. Hope this helps.
