Bailey, this would not be MA compliant as it has at least 2 'evil' features, the adjustable stock and the pistol grip. I believe this model also has a threaded barrel. You will need to have the stock pinned, and if threaded, the thread protector must be pinned/welded to make it MA legal. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf , To clarify, the MA regs above will say the KelTec Sub2000 is legal, but that is with a non-threaded barrel and a fixed stock.
