I am looking for a s&w 9mm or kahr .380 I am not looking for a generic gun. When I did test shooting I shot very well with a 9mm but I don't know which brand it was and that was 2 years ago... now I want to purchase a gun and was told to get a 357 with no hammer but I want to be able to conceal on my body not in my purse. There is so much scary things going on all over this world and I want to be able to pull it from my belt not my purse.

I suggest a trip to a range that has rental guns and try the ones that fit what you want. better to spend a little on rent than buy a gun that you end up not being able to shoot well Try both the S&W 9mm and the Kahr .380

Now that you have given more details of what you are and are not looking for, a local gun store visit may be your best bet to handle these two pistols. You will instinctively know which you fired comfortably. I wish you well in finding the "Best" pistol for you. Your body will tell you better than anyone can of which is best for you.
