Hi Erica, you do not enter the coupon code at checkout. If you click on the shopping cart icon at top right of page, it will take you to a page where you can see the items in your cart. At the top left will be a box to enter your coupon code. If you need help, Bud's customer service can assist with the coupon code 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. Hi Erica and welcome to the Buds Community. The space to enter your Coupon Code is in the upper left of the Checkout Cart (enter there and select validate) before you click the Check Out button. Cheers and stay safe!

Erica, just click on the shopping cart icon at the top right side of your screen to go to your cart and at the top of the page it'll say enter coupon code. Enter it there and click validate. If you have any trouble for some reason you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees so we can only point you in the right direction. Hope this helps.
