I understand that this comes with an 18.5" barrel and a 28" barrel, but are both barrels threaded? Are the chokes included and are there two sets, or just one?

Just the longer barrel is threaded. The shorter barrel is a fully rifled slug barrel. One set of chokes are included  :  Includes:
3 RemChoke Pattern Choke Tubes: Improved Cylinder, Modified and Full.
