Gary, this has a Fully Adj. Semi-Buckhorn w/ Diamond Insert rear sight, but it does not fold down. Brass bead front sight. Stay safe & have a great day!

Gary, unfortunately no, the rear sight doesn't fold. Can remove and replace the sights pretty easy but it's not foldable so if you plan on adding a scope just make sure your rings are high enough to clear or can completely remove the rear sight pretty easy. Sorry but hope this helps.
