Hi Shawn and welcome. No. The barrel outer diameters are different. 9mm barrel will not fit. I can only assume sig purposely designed the 380 barrel to be a different dimension. Cheers and stay safe!

Shawn, unfortunately no, would be nice but the barrel sizes are different. So switching barrels from 9mm to 380acp wouldn't work. Alot of firearms don't allow you to do this. My guess is because they want you to spend the extra money on having to buy another complete firearm instead of just the barrel. Sorry but hope this helps.
