As for sights any that will fit a picatinny rail will work. If you plan on adding a red dot or scope I'd recommend a different rifle. If not you would have to change out the front post sight to properly see threw the optic. If not it'll be right in the middle. You can remove the front sight post and add a gas block down the road if you choose to. Hope this helps.
