Michael, yes, as long as you have a picatinny rail version desert eagle this will fit no problem. Not sure if you're aware but adding a vertical foregrip to a pistol would reclassify it from a pistol to a AOW/any other weapon and would require you to register it with the ATF and pay a $200 tax stamp fee like you would for suppressors. Hi Michael and welcome. It will fit an accessory railed 50 AE Desert Eagle. The designation would change from a Handgun/Pistol to Any Other Weapon (AOW) and you would need to register it with the NFA and pay the $200 Tax Stamp.
