The FFL dealer which is Midwest Shooting Center in Sylvania, Ohio supposedly has my gun from Bud's, three days ago, and I have left messages asking when to pick up but they are not returning my messages.

Karl, this can be a problem when you have your gun sent to FFL's who are too big & busy to worry about your gun that you didn't buy from them. I would go down there in person with your proof that the gun has been delivered and demand to fill out the paperwork for the transfer. If that doesn't work, I would contact local law enforcement and report it as a theft of your firearm, as they are refusing to turn it over to you.

Hi Karl and welcome to the Buds Community. Although out of the ordinary, there may be a good reason (or not) but, I would keep things cordial for possible future transfers. Firearms have to be entered into their inventory and during heavy volume can take a couple of business days. A quick visit during business hours should suffice on completing the transfer and taking you firearm home. Cheers and stay safe!
