Robert, depends on how wallet friendly you want. Personally the best budget scope I've come across is a arken EP5, Just Google arken. Their website was doing a 25% discount with code (save25%) they're normally $529 but with the code can be had for $397. Not sure if they're still doing it but worth a shot. I just bought one for a 10/22 build and one of the best scopes under a grand I've found.
