Hi Andre and welcome to the Buds community. Since the Flash Hider is welded to the barrel and not removable, it is not an NFA firearm and does not require registration not a $200 Tax Stamp since this makes the barrel 16 inches in overall length. With the addition of the welded Flash Hider, it brings the barrels OAL to 16" making this model exempt from any necessary NFA tax stamps.

Andre, no sir, no tax stamp necessary. This has a 14.7 inch barrel but it has a pinned and welded flash hider Wich gives this a 16 inch barrel overall. You're allowed to have a barrel under 16 inches if you pin/weld a muzzle device to make up the difference. So just have to do the standard background check/transfer. Hope this helps.
