Akshay, unfortunately no, buds will remove the magazines but won't replace them. So you can still purchase the pistol but buds will ship it to you without a magazine, so you would have to purchase state compliant magazines separately. Sorry but hope this helps.

Unfortunately. Bud's will only Remove a states non-compliant magazines. They will NOT substitute them with a states specific compliant magazines. Hi Akshay, sorry but you would not. Bud's would remove the magazines and you would have to buy your own compliant magazines. AND this gun is NOT compliant even with a 10rd magazine because of the threaded barrel. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
