Hi Tanya and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Cheers and stay safe! https://crosscut.com/politics/2023/04/washington-state-bans-sale-most-semi-automatic-rifles#:~:text=Jay%20Inslee%20signed%20House%20Bill,Jay%20Inslee%20for%20his%20signature.
It's a huge no on this model, sorry. Semi-auto with a detachable magazine & pistol grip makes thus a no-no in Washington.
Hi Tanya, unfortunately this is not legal. The pistol grip is the deal beaker. Prohibited - A semiautomatic, center fire rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and has - A grip that is independent or detached from the stock that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon. The addition of a fin attaching the grip to the stock does not exempt the grip if it otherwise resembles the grip found on a pistol. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf , Stay safe & have a great day!
Tanya, this is no longer legal in Washington. Any semi-automatic firearm with a detachable magazine wearing specific accessories like a telescoping/collapsible stock, threaded barrel, muzzle brake, or pistol grip are restricted. Sorry but hope this helps. If interested here's a link to Washington's restrictions........................ https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf
