I saw a review on the Echelon, which mentioned items it came with. In such review, they mentioned an additional mag plate ext. Which gives you the opportunity for 2, 20 round magazines. Is this true or an addition for reviewers?

Julio, yes sir, you get the additional magazine plate extender so you can make the 17rd magazine a 20 rounder. So, yes, can have (2) 20rd magazines.

Julio, correct, this includes one 17 round magazine and one 20 round magazine. It does include a 3rd magazine extender so you can swap base plates to add 3 rounds for 2-20 round magazines. Hope this helps.
