Michael, unfortunately this is not California compliant. It's not on Californias approved list of handguns. As for military discount, yes but buds does something called qualified professionals. They don't do an actual military discount. Only firearms marked qp/qualified professionals only qualify. Some will be discounted and some firearms include extras like alot of pistols include an extra magazine.
