Joe, you can as long as you are a TN resident. Select 'Bud's Tennessee Pickup' at the page where you would choose FFL. This is a red box under the field where the FFL's show up. If you intend to pick up an order from our retail store, please allow 4 business days before attempting pickup. Joe, yes sir, as others have mentioned you can have this shipped and pick it up at buds in Sevierville as long as you live in Tennessee. Your state of residence must be the same as the state you transfer the pistol in. When checking out just use buds FFL locator and type in your zip code. Then pick buds as your FFL. Hope this helps.
