Does the slide lock open after the last round in the mag is fired? The Armscor model doesn't and I don't like how you can't keep from damaging the firing pin and barrel.

Thomas, it sure does. This has a last round slide lock feature. It can get annoying but best way I've found on rimfire firearms that don't have the last round lock is to purchase snap caps and add them as the last round. You get one less live round in the magazine but keeps the firing pin from being damaged. Hope this helps.
