Angel, this is not like an 80% lower. This is a stripped lower and is serialized, so it must be sent to a FFL to be transferred to you. Background check required. Stay safe & have a great day!
Angel, no this isn't a 80% lower. This is a completely finished lower receiver. It has a serial number and would require a background check and transfer like any firearm would. The lower receiver is the part the ATF considers the firearm. So this would require a FFL dealer but all the other parts of a AR wouldn't. Parts like the barrel, upper receiver can be shipped directly to your house. Hope this helps.

Not a "Ghost Gun". This, like any other firearm, does go through your FFL and get a 4473 Background check form to be filled out and submitted. Then, application is either approved or denied.
