Travis, I'd contact howa because some places say it includes a picatinny rail but some reviews are saying it doesn't. You can contact them at 1-800-553-4229 or email them at (customerservice@legacysports.com) for a definite answer. I'd imagine it would but better safe than sorry. Hope this helps some.
