Some of the guns have Law Enforcement in the description but do not have the Qualified Personnel Required under the add to cart. Can these still be purchased by anyone of legal age?

Jake, yes, as long as the item isn't reserved for qualified professionals it can be purchased by anyone. As long as it doesn't say QP only or have the message in the blue box under add to cart stating it's for qualified professionals only anyone can purchase it even if the description says it's for law enforcement. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees but my best guess would be that they're meant to be for qualified professionals only but buds hasn't marked them QP only yet or they have quite a few in stock and are trying to sell some quickly. So it may not be reserved for qualified professionals now but could be in the near future. If there's one you want that says for law enforcement I'd grab it quick just in case buds marks it QP only. Hope this helps.
