Unfortunately no. Buds only ships the firearms exactly as it comes from the factory and will not modify the packaging/contents to make it compliant with a particular state's laws. I hope that helps.

If it's a used gun, they might if you ask nicely. Granted that might mean the gun comes with no mag at all at the same price, but that's better than nothing. Don't expect them to alter a NIB firearm.
