What is the round button on trigger guard opposite of ejection port? Not the safety. Is it some kind of bolt safety. I cannot unload without "pre loading"? Shell

Hi kevin and welcome to the community. That is the Bolt Hold Open button. To unload, put the safety on, pull the bolt back, lock the bolt by pressing the bolt lock button - then lift the shell carrier and press the magazine shell latch to remove shells in the tube.
