Hi Darren. No it does not come with adapters. This gun has 2 barrels, a 12 gauge and a .22lr barrel. Barrels can be fired quickly and selectively, each having its own trigger. Darren, if you're talking about the different caliber adapters no. As configured this can only fire 12ga and 22 lr. The adapters are sold separately. If interested here's a link to adapters buds has in stock. They have four, one in 357 mag/38 special, one in 45acp, 9mm, and 410 gauge/45lc.
