The description says the pistol is a PPK/S, but the magazine capacity is 6 rounds? If it is a PPK/S, the magazine capacity should be 7.

You are correct. The PPK/S had a slightly longer frame than the PPK allowing for the one extra round. After looking around it seems a few sellers have also mistakingly put it as 6+1 with only a couple of sites listing the correct 7+1.
The main difference between the two models is the frame. The PPK/s features the "sport" frame, which is approximately one-quarter inch longer than the standard PPK frame. This allows you to increase from the 6-round capacity of the PPK to a 7-round capacity by only adding a half-ounce to the overall weight.
