Mike, yes ir, the slide is cut for optics. The S&W Equalizer uses a modified version of the RMSc footprint. It has two recoil lugs in the front and none in the rear. Because of this modified RMSc footprint, the Holosun 407K, 507K, and EPS Carry will fit directly on the slide with no adapter plate or modification. Stay safe & have a great day!
