115 grain 1140 fps and 332fb energy 135 grain 1010 306 fb energy but I would try both and see which you gun works best with

The numbers are correct as stated by Randy. the 115gr CD will have less felt recoil (due to the lighter bullet). The 135gr will have slightly heavier recoil and will exhibit approximately 15% deeper penetration as a self-defense round. Point of impact will be similar with the heavier bullet printing slightly higher at self-defense distances due to the slower, heavier round exiting the barrel slower in the muzzle rise process. Both work but i would pick the 135gr.
