This may be a slight flat spot, rub mark, paint boo-boo, etc. I'm sure each one will be different. Sometimes companies selling blem items may not have a blemish visible to the naked eye.
Hi Scott and welcome. It is an uneven finish application on the back left of the slide as pictured here : https://www.(1)mpactguns.com/semi-auto-handguns/beretta-apx-a1-carry-9mm-3-30-barrel-blemish-on-the-back-of-the-slide-black-6rd-8rd-082442971674-jaxn920a1 - In the link just replace the (1) with an i - Cheers and stay safe!
Scott, it is a barely noticeable mar on the Black Matte finish. Bud's won't let me post the link, but if you go to 1mpact guns dot com and type the UPC number 082442971674 in the search bar, you can see a picture of the blemish. Stay safe & have a great day!
