Hi Simon and welcome. Unfortunately no, due to capacity. In NJ, the following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip. This shotgun holds 8rds total. Cheers and stay safe!
