Hi Harvey and welcome. The TM-22 barrel has a 0.75"-diameter muzzle and threaded 1/2x28 TPI. This is just a Spacer as shown here : https://allenarmstactical.com/shop/dead-air-armament/mounting-devices/dead-air-fixed-barrel-spacer/
