possible yes but highly unlikely To many records IE record that you purchased it at buds. record that bud shipped it to them. I would contact the FFL holder and see if he had a number to call about the background check

States voluntarily supply records to the databases that make up the NICS system. Once the NICS check is approved, usually within a few minutes with one phone call, the firearm should be transferred.
