This is the right-hand model so the charging handle is indeed on the left side. I have no insights into stock status other than that if you are allowed to add it to your cart it is presumably in stock.

Brian, this is the left side charging handle, as shown in pictures and video here >>> gibbzarms.com/product/g4-side-charging-upper-receiver-right-handed/ The ejection port is on the right side, which is why it says 'Right Handed'.
