Full size, decocker/safety (safety doubles as a decocker), It is listed as 90-100% so I'm sure it does have some minor wear, 2 17 rd mags, w/ box and if you zoom in you can get the serial number although there is no guarantee that it is the same pistol. The description does have a majority of that info. I hope that helps.
Coincidentally I had asked Beretta what the difference was between the Type F and the Type G compact Storm. This is their answer: "The F type is designed as both a safety and a decocking mechanism, whereas the G type functions as a decock only. The F type safety will remain engaged until pressed by the shooter, whereas the G type will automatically return to the "fire" configuration. Both are double action and single action." So, basically, the full size Storm is like the Type F. The same lever both decocks and acts as a safety.
