While I don't know all the different state laws I think it would be legal in all 50 states. I would put in in my cart and try to do a checkout If Buds does not flag it you should be good to go. I would also check with my local FFL holder about any local regulations that may ban it

I have looked at the regs for CA, NY, MA and OH and can find no reason in them for the 590A1to be banned It is not the Mossberg Shockwave
