Antoine, before I answer your question, Bud's is not using the correct picture. This is a TALO special Buffalo edition, stock is engraved with 3 buffalo and an Indian on horseback. Now to answer your question, this comes with a .22lr cylinder, but will also take .22 magnum (.22wmr) cylinders. I got a .22wmr cylinder for my Rancher.
