Rafael, yes, this is perfectly safe to carry with a loaded chamber. This doesn't have a manual thumb safety but is drop safe and has a trigger blade. So it won't fire unless you pull the trigger. For carrying any firearm loaded I highly recommend a decent kydex holster. I don't recommend leather or any other fabric type holster when carry with a round in the chamber. I've watched to many videos and read of too many people having accidental discharges using fabric holsters but yes with a good holster this is perfectly safe to carry loaded. Hope this helps.
