I would check on large gun sites like gunbr0ker and Guns International as discontinued and hard to find firearms show up for sale by private individuals and small shops. Yes, if it is an item that Bud's anticipates restocking then the "Notify Me When In Stock" option will be available. If it's not there, then as mentioned, Bud's does not anticipate it coming back in stock.
