Paul, not in 380 acp but I have used plenty of fiocchi ammo in a 9mm sig p365 xl with good results. They're fairly accurate and 100% reliable. Fiocchi makes great ammo and would put it up there with cci blazer and pmc bronze. Hope this helps.

Haven't used Fiocchi ammo in a Sig but used plenty of .380 in my Wife's M&P Shield EZ. Myself, plenty of Fiocchi 9mm through my Glocks & PCC. No issues ever.
