I know that the Girsan Regard is pretty much an exact clone of the 92 but this one looks like it's a clone of the Beretta Centurion but the Centurion has a shorter barrel. This looks like it has a shorter barrel than the regular. I'm just not sure what this is. The regular Regard from Girsan is the exact clone so what is this MC39?

Hi Joseph and welcome. It's mostly a clone of a Beretta 92 Centurion, but it has a frame mounted manual safety without a decocker like a CZ. Cheers and stay safe!
